Ingredients:

  • ½ banana

  • 1 handful of fresh spinach

  • 1 packet Unicity Chi-Oka Matcha

  • 40g vanilla protein powder

  • 300ml water

  • 3–4 ice cubes


Directions: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy the vibrant green goodness that will boost your energy and brighten your morning!


2. Citrus Quinoa Salad

A light, refreshing salad with citrusy zest and a satisfying crunch, perfect for any spring meal.


Serving size: 2


Ingredients:

  • 200g cooked quinoa

  • 1 orange, segmented

  • 1 small cucumber, diced

  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

  • handful of mint leaves

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:

Combine the quinoa, orange segments, cucumber, and red onion in a bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour over the salad and toss gently. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a burst of color and flavour. Serve chilled.
